One of his main domains is the area of recruitment and headhunting. During his time at H.R.OMADA, he successfully carried out hundreds of employee selections for various sales, managerial and specialized positions.
He is familiar with various areas of the market, looking for and filling employees in various segments. He is able to find suitable candidates even in segments where other recruiters and headhunters would have given up long time ago.
Jozef is also our specialist for standardization of work, implementation of audits, optimization of processes in production and management.
His workshops, seminars & trainings are focused on customer care, B2C sales, and working with children.
He works as a coach (Solution focused coaching) and his clients especially appreciate his empathy and sensitive approach. He also helps him with workshops and seminars, where he deals with personal and family topics, such as raising children. In addition, he develops people in areas such as customer care and B2C sales.
He works with major clients from various market segments - FMCG, automotive, trade-manufacturing, trading and manufacturing companies.
After graduating from the Economics University, he gained experience in Slovakia for the first 2 years in the economic department of one of the most important wholesalers in the field of FMCG in Slovakia. Subsequently, his steps led to Great Britain, where after a year of studying English in Eastbourne, he began working for the then dominant retail chain in Great Britain - Tesco. Among other things, he was in charge of adapting new employees from Eastern Europe (mostly from Poland and Slovakia). He helped them arrange all the administrative necessities for living in Great Britain. At the same time, he provided training, coaching of new employees and help with adaptation not only in work but also in private life. Simultaneously, with the second full-time job, he ran a restaurant, primarily focused on food delivery.
As an extension of knowledge, but also an improvement of language skills, he decided to study at the Brighton University, specialisation on Retail Marketing. He also added a third job, managing the Domino’s Pizza branch in Eastbourne. Thanks to his work in the United Kingdom, he gained extensive experience in recruiting, leading, training and motivating people from different cultural and national backgrounds, in addition to the environment where he himself is perceived as a foreigner.
